An organization (or organisation — see spelling differences) is a social arrangement which pursues collective goals, controls its own performance, and has a boundary separating it from its environment. The word itself is derived from the Greek word ὄργανον (organon [itself derived from the better-known word ἔργον ergon - work; deed - > ergonomics, etc]) meaning tool. In the social sciences, organizations are studied by researchers from several disciplines, the most common of which are sociology, economics, political science, psychology, management, and organizational communication. The broad area is commonly referred to as organizational studies, organizational behavior or organization analysis. We have credit card bills, medical bills, house bills, car payments, insurance payments, junk mail, coupons etc etc... I can't seem to keep it organized. I have a small file cabinet for things. But, I am just wondering if anyone has a great system for organizing the mail to keep it from piling up on the countertops. Please share. Thanks. Throw away envelopes that bills come in and place bills in a slotted organizer of some kind and keep in open view. Use that filing cabinet. Make files for everything. Household - Rent/payment, Utilities Car - Documents, Insurance Banking - Statements Family Documents - Birth Certificates, Social security cards Purchases - Furniture, Electronics, Cell Phone, etc. Income Tax - W-2'2, etc. I had the same problem till not too long ago. I made myself sit down and organize, finally. What a relief it is. It's so much easier to find things now, and you have a clutter-free counter. Good luck. Answered by annastasia1955ca - Mon Apr 17 13:14:31 2006 How can I keep my home work organized? Q. I am about halfway through school, and in the beginning of the year it wasn't so hard to cope with. But now the work is getting more intense, and I tend to lose my home work and forget to turn it in. I find assignments from a couple days ago that I forgot to turn in. What are some ways that I can keep organized and remember to turn in my work ? Thanks. Asked by The Specialist - Sat Dec 13 23:55:25 2008 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments A. I use a planner. Every day has space to write, and a week goes across two pages. You can find these at any bookstore. I also color-code for each class, and when assignments are due (if more than a day later) or when I have a test/quiz, I write those in the color for that class on the day when it happens. Whenever I get a new assignment, I write that assignment down on the day that I get it, and write down (on the day that it is due) that the assignment is due. If it is a project, I write down which component I will complete on the days I intend to complete it. I also use my planner to remind me of to-do lists and any out-of-the-ordinary things that are occurring which I need to remember. I am a little anal about lists and colors, so… [cont.] Answered by singingsigner - Sun Dec 14 00:09:16 2008 What are good tips to keep a bathroom organized and without clutter?
Q. What are good tips to keep a bathroom organized and without clutter? Asked by John Aldrich - Tue May 19 19:05:43 2009 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments A. Only put what you need and currently use, in the bathroom. If you have drawers, store the blow dryer after you use it, and the brushes can go in the drawer with the blow dryer, gels, hairsprays. Toothpaste and brush, keep it neatly organized. They sell organizers in the store for this reason. The shower, use it wisely, it's not a storage cabinet. I have seen some small bathrooms look tidy and neat, and i've seen some larger ones look cluttered... organizers are affordable. Hope that helps.
